PURCHASE OPTIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY

At Raw & Radiant, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless shopping experience and exceptional luxury hair products. Please review our purchase and cancellation policy carefully before placing your order.

PURCHASE OPTIONS

Raw & Radiant offers a curated selection of luxury raw hair wigs, bundles, and hair accessories through our online store at www.rawandradiant.shop.

We encourage all customers to carefully review product descriptions, hair lengths, lace options, pricing, and estimated production, processing, and shipping times before completing their purchase. Please ensure that all order details and shipping information are accurate at checkout.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled. Orders that have already shipped are also ineligible for cancellation.

For pre-orders and custom orders, production or preparation may begin shortly after purchase. Please review all product details and estimated timelines before placing your order.

If you have a question about your order, please contact us as soon as possible at rawandradiant@myyahoo.com. Cancellation requests submitted before processing are not guaranteed and will be reviewed according to our order fulfillment status and applicable law.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

At Raw & Radiant, the health, safety, and hygiene of our customers are our priorities. Because our products are personal beauty items, we maintain strict hygiene standards to protect the quality and integrity of our products.

For this reason, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed or shipped.

Please carefully review your selections before completing checkout. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us so we can review the issue in accordance with applicable law.

CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By completing a purchase through Raw & Radiant, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the terms outlined in this policy, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
